Well I’m allergic to lactose so I can’t eat dairy anyway. So I cut out meat and eggs. At first I felt great then after a few months I felt tired/crappy and I knew I wasn’t getting enough protein and iron.
I eat a lot of extra firm tofu because it’s tasty and has protein. I also take a multi vitamin that’s made for vegans. If you freeze tofu it changes the texture to a meaty texture. Then you can bake it just make sure it’s sprouted tofu. There’s tons of vegan food out there because it’s becoming so popular. Even the local food store by my house is starting to carry it. I go to a special health food store though. If there’s a whole foods by you that should suffice. Just do a lot of research and look up health benefits of going vegan. I know a great video seminar if you want the link. Raw is the cleanest diet then vegan & gluten free then vegan the vegetarian then gluten free. I hope I’ve helped.
